We decided to get a few drinks before going up to our room. Plenty of options to wet your whistle, plenty of seating to choice from, and a menu to order a little bit of food if need be. We even took beer back to our room. I would highly recommend getting a drink!

Great spot for drinks on the river. Blackberry bourbon smash was great! Our bartender was friendly and made great suggestions. We did not try any of the food here. This was a nice bar to sit and enjoy a cocktail

Britney at the Conservatory was straight vibes. Not only was her eyeliner absolute fire, but she pulled out these little figurines like it was a whole side quest. Lowkey the best bartender. Service? Immaculate. Energy? Big slay. 10/10 would let Britney cook again.

I attended the night of Christmas movies with my lil ones. Although it is a bar it was Family friendly and they provided popcorn and had a hot chocolate bar. It was a great experience! I can't wait to go again next year!

When we first arrived, the bar was packed. The bartender Britney was very busy tending to everyone, but she did a great job. She made sure that each customer was fully taken care of. Also, the food prices are great and you get a large portion. The cheese curds are very tasty! The Conservatory Bar connects the hotels together and it overlooks the river. There are multiple places to sit, ranging from the high tables to comfortable lounge chairs or you can sit at the bar. we had a wonderful time and if we are ever at The Galt Hotel again, we will definitely come back here.
